Dynasty Marine Farm Ltd designs a grand plan by which the seaweed farming project will go through three planned channels, namely, the enterprising approach, systematic approach, and strategic approach, to ensure big success of the project and gets international support and recognition.

Enterprising: The financial center of Hong Kong is chosen as our base so as to attract world-wide membership to participate in the project.

Systematic: The systematic operation in the hands of professional management and the recruitment of talents in the related field to form a growing successful management team.

Strategy: Key persons of various related fields are chosen to get involved with the project and we care to build up further governmental and public relationship to ensure this project is successful in a long run.

Dynasty Marine Farm Ltd and its collaboration with other related institutions:

	Malaysia’s Specifications and Industrial Research and Development Agency (SIRIM): Dynasty Marine Farm Ltd is the first and only company in the country to be privileged the use of SIRIM dryer technology to address the rainy season problem when there is not enough sunlight to dry up the seaweed.
	Sabah Fisheries Department: The provision of professional manpower and resources in seaweed farming - this helps to minimize waste, maximize production and upgrade the quality for best result.
	Professional management team: An independent consultant will be monitoring the operations and carry out progress checking on a weekly supervisory basis and hand in monthly report and review to examine if everything is measuring up to our projected target standard in both the operational and financial account.
